COMMUNITY SUPPORT, BEFRIENDING & SITTING SERVICE
Community support involves one of our team supporting individuals on a one to one basis. They will work with the individual and family to devise the best plan to meet needs and try to help them in areas which they struggle. Our services range from a social support to help with daily chores/activities, help with finances and much more based on the requirements of the individual.
We are now trying to help able individuals develop skills to help them find employment, we take independent living skills seriously and believe a person should not be limited by their disability. Should the individual wish to have help in such areas, our members of the team will help them to develop in a way that suits the and help them organise any work experience of help required. We can also provide advice for other organisations who can help with CV’s and interview skills.
