Our Process:
If you would like to know more, use one of our contact methods to get in touch and we will arrange a date and time where one of our team members will come to meet with you and go through our support plan with you.
Providing we are confident that we can meet your needs and keep you safe we will then invite you to come along to the relevant service for a trial day to make sure that it is what you are looking for.
After your trial session we will check back with you to work out what it is you want and to make final arrangements for you to begin to access your chosen service. If you are using our community based or 1:1 service you will be allocated the same member of staff for the same day and time each week as far as possible so you have continuity of service and can get to know your support staff and they can get to know you too.
